What we collect

When you use our opt-in page, we collect your first name, email and, if you give it, your mobile number. We also record whether you checked the text-message consent box, the exact consent wording you saw, the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent, so we can show when and how you agreed.

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about calls you book with Solace AI. If you opted in to texts, we use your mobile number only for appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling messages.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us run this program (such as our hosting and SMS delivery providers), and only as needed to provide it, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To see or delete the information we hold about you, email abaher@solace-ai.net.

Retention

We keep consent records for as long as you're subscribed and for up to 4 years afterwards, so we can show proof of consent.
